On June 14, 2022, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), welcomed Mr. Sam Shreinder, Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Laos PDR), together with officials from Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev). Mr. Cheevindh Nathalang, Deputy Director-General of TICA, was also present at the meeting.

Both sides discussed and exchanged views on TICA-LuxDev trilateral projects, particulary under the Letter of Understanding (LoU) between TICA and LuxDev on Human Resource Development Cooperation for Lao PDR, especially in the areas of public health, technical and vocational training (TVET) and rural development, as well as opportunities to expand the trilateral cooperation to other countries and regions in the future.
