On 31 May 2019, Mrs. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA),  delivered a speech for the closing ceremony of the International Training Program, Green Freight and Logistics Development, held from 20 - 31 May 2019 under the Annual International Training Courses - AITCs , conducted by the Mekong Institute (MI), Khon Kaen University. There were 16 participants from 16 countries namely Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Burundi, Ethiopia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestine, Philippines, Samoa, Sri Lanka and Tajikistan.  Staff from  concerned agencies were also  attented at the President Park Hotel, Sukhumvit 24.
