On 17 June 2019, at Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Partnership for Development Bureau co-chaired with  Ms. CHOI EUN Young, Volunteer Program Manager of KOICA in the welcoming and hand-over ceremony of 14 KOICA volunteers in Korean Language Education to work at Thai agencies during 23 April 2019 to 24 April 2021. Thai agencies concerned and staff in-charge at TICA.
