11th Joint Commission (JC) on Bilateral Cooperation between Thailand and Cambodia

During the 11th Joint Commission (JC) on Bilateral Cooperation between Thailand and Cambodia held on 18 December 2021 in Phnom Penh, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand handed over medical supplies and equipment to H.E. Mr. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The provision of these medical supplies and equipment, supported by the Royal Thai Government through Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, is part of the outcomes of the development project on Preparedness and Response to the Pandemic of COVID-19 under the three-year Thailand-Cambodia Development Cooperation Programme on Public Health.

The RT-PCR laboratory equipment package and SARS-CoV-2 test kits are for Poipet Referral Hospital and the medical equipment are for Mongkul Borey Hospital in Banteay Meanchey Province.

On this occasion, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) also attended the Senior Official Meeting (SOM) and the 11th Joint Commission on Bilateral Cooperation (JC) during 17-18 December 2021.
