On 25 October 2013, Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign  Affairs presided the “Thematic Discussion” on Development   Model of Thailand along with Deputy Permanent Secretary , Director-General and Deputy Director-General of TICA, and executives from other departments of MFA.
