On 20^th March 2014, Ms. Angsana  Sihapitak, Deputy Director – General of TICA, welcomed  Mr. Yyotaro HAYASHI, and Mr. Takashi KOBAYASHI Second secretary, Embassy of Japan in Thailand on the occasion of  Mr. KOBAYASHI  is new assignment and Mr. HAYASHI is full term of duty in Thailand at TICA.
