On 22nd April 2014, Ms. Angsana  Sihapitak, Deputy Director – General of TICA, welcomed  Mr. Tomoyuki KAWABATA, and Mr. Juichiro SAHARA , Senior Representatives of  the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), on the occasion of  Mr. Juichiro SAHARA’s  new assignment and Mr. Tomoyuki KAWABATA’s full term of duty in Thailand at TICA.
