On 17^th June 2014, Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director – General of TICA, delivered a welcome speech for the opening ceremony of the international training course on Promotion of Mechanization in Rice Sector for CARD (Coalition for African Rice Development) Countries under Thailand-Japan Trilateral Cooperation Programme which held by TICA in cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Sean Campus at Nakhon Pathom Province for policy makers from 15 to 27 June 2014, and operating officers from 15 June to 11 July 2014, from four selected African countries i.e. Togo, Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal and Burkina Faso.
