On 23rd July 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on “Guidelines for Scholarships Management for International Students of the Government of Thailand”, along with representatives from universities and staff concerned at the Grand Mercure Fortune, Bangkok.
The seminar was a forum for sharing experience on the management of scholarships for international students to find appropriate guidelines for the management of the Thai government scholarships in the future.
