On 1^st August 2014, Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director-General of TICA, handed over certificates and delivered a speech to Vietnamese students in the closing ceremony of the training course on “Intensive Thai Language Programme”, which was conducted by TICA and Faculty of Humanities, Srinakharinwirot University for Vietnamese students from Socialist Republic of Vietnam during 6 July – 3 August 2014, at M.L. Pin Malakul Service Building, Srinakharinwirot University.
