On 11^th September 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, was a panelist in the seminar on “ASEAN Scholarship: Neighborhood Learning through Experience,” which was organized by National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) at Baromma Ratcha Kumari Building, NIDA, with representatives from academic institutes including Department of Asean Affairs, the Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL) to Thailand, Bureau of International Cooperation Strategy, and Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) as well as ASEAN scholarship exchange students to provide participants with knowledge and experience to create awareness about the neighbors and enhance their understanding in order to prepare for the ASEAN community and encourage their interest in applying for scholarship to study in Asean countries. Teachers, students, NIDA staff as well as other interested people attended this seminar.
