On 14^th November 2014, Mr. Banchong Amornchewin, Director of Planning and Monitoring Branch, was a lecturer in the Training-cum-Workshop on Cross-Cultural Management and Negotiation under the TICA’s Personnel Development and Organizational Culture Development Activities of fiscal year 2015 at TICA.

The objective of the workshop was to provide participants to understand the dimensions of cultural differences which influence on thinking, communication, organization management, as well as working on diversity with efficiency and effectiveness, and to understand business culture in term of cross-cultural communication which is complicated and diversified, that will lead to the success in administration and cross-cultured negotiation.
