On 28^th November 2014, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, was head of the Thai delegation, along with Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director-General of TICA, and representatives from Thai agencies concerned, to attend the 21st Session of the Joint Committee on Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Thailand and China at Beijing. The China side was led by H.E. Mr. Cao Jianlin, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology. The meeting acknowledged the implementation of the 20th’s resolution and considered the work plan/activities to be implemented under the 21st Joint Committee (2014-2016), which are 1) 23 projects of Study Visit 2) 21 Mutual Research and Development projects 3) two projects out of Bilateral Framework and 4) one Trilateral Project. During 29 November – 4 December, the Thai delegation visited various Chinese agencies specialized in Geographical Information Technology, Innovation Technology, and Marine Biotechnology in Beijing, Qingdao, and Wuhan.
