On 5 June 2015, Mr.Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director - General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), delivered a welcome speech for the opening ceremony of the training course, which was organized by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Kasetsart University, Kampaeng Sean Campus for two levels for nine CARD/Francophone member countries ; the policy makers’ course during 3 – 20 June 2015, and the training of trainers’ course during 3 June 2015 – 6 August 2015 at Ramagardens Hotel.
