On 3-5 July 2015, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) cooperated with Kasetsart University, Kampaeng Saen Campus, to conduct a workshop on Thailand Agricultural Development Model. Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA presided over this workshop along with Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn and Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Deputy Director-General of TICA, related staff, representatives from government and private agencies, universities as well as experts in agriculture at Office of Extension and Training, Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, Nakhon Pathom.
The workshop aimed to examine the ability, expertise and successful international development cooperation in agriculture of Thai agencies, as well as to create networks among them, and to produce document about Thailand's potential on agriculture development of publicity abroad. The activities of the workshop included field trip at 5 Learning Centers in Kasetsart University, Kampaeng Saen Campus, presentation success stories and brainstorming on agricultural development model.
