On 8 July 2015, Mr. Kinley Dorji, Secretary-General of Colombo Plan, along with Mr. Riva Setiawan, Director of Drug Advisory Programme, and Mr.Sankha Gamage, Junior Programme Office,  paid a courtesy call on Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), along with Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director-General of TICA,  Ms. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit, Director of International Organizations Partnership Branch (Multilateral), and staff concerned as well as discussed the process of Colombo Plan Field Office or Drug Advisory Program Office in Thailand.
