On 18 December 2015, Mrs. U-Sa Ruchiprapa, Secretary of the Office the Director – General of TICA, delivered a speech for closing ceremony of the training course on Promotion of Mechanization in Rice Sector for CARD Countries ( 3rd batch), which TICA was in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen arrange the training course for 7 CARD/Francophone member countries; Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Mali, and Madagascar, totally 24 people, from 23 November – 4 December 2015 for policymaker level and 23 November-18 December 2015 for technician level at National Agricultural Extension and Training Office, Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen.
