On 10 February 2016, Mr. Banchong Amornchewin, Director of Planning and Monitoring Branch co - chaired with Mr. Yasumitsu Kinoshita, Senior Representative of JICA - Thailand Office in the welcoming and hand - over ceremony of Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers who were assigned to work in Thai government agencies : Chiang Mai University, Thai - Nichi Institute of Technology,  Samutsakhon Technical Collage, Phichit Provincial Community Development Office, Surin Provincial Community Development Office, Social Welfare Development Center for Older Persons (Ban Bang Khae and Ban Bang La Mung), and Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO). The ceremony was joined by representatives of the Thai agencies and institute along  with staff concerned at TICA.
