On 25 February 2016, Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Deputy Director-General of TICA chaired The 3^rd Meeting of the Working Group on Technical Cooperation between Peru and Thailand. The Peruvian side led by Ms. Johana Lucar Olivera, Adviser to the Executive Department, the Peruvian International Cooperation Agency (APCI) and Mr. Emilio Irribarren, Deputy Head of Mission from the  Embassy of Peru. Also the Thai agencies concerned, namely, Ministry of Industry and the Department of Fishery were invited to attend the meeting. The objectives were to assess Peru – Thailand former cooperation during 2012-2015 and to discuss of Peru – Thailand Development Cooperation Programme for 2016 – 2017.
