On 2 March 2016, Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Director – General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) received a courtesy call from Mr. Ugyen Dorji, Charge d’ Affaires ad interim, the Royal Bhutanese Embassy to Thailand on her new appointment. This occasion was along with Mrs. Jitkasem Tantasiri, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch II and staff related at TICA.
