On 22 August 2016, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Director-General of TICA, chaired the meeting on SERVIR Mekong Programme under the USAID’s Regional Programme. The meeting was attended by representatives from United States Agency for International Development, Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, Ministry of Science and Technology of Thailand and relevant agencies at TICA.
