On 16 September 2016, Miss Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I and staff from TICA, welcomed Asst. Prof. Dr. Pattara Aiyarak, Vice President for Global Relations and Informatics and officials from the Relations Department, Prince of Songkla University to exchange experience and information on international development cooperation guideline to higher education promoting in aboard during study visit in Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) in order to promote development cooperation with developing countries in various regions in the globe in both of bilateral and multilateral cooperation. Possible cooperation was also discussed between the two parties.
