On 20th September 2016, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Director-General of TICA, presided over of the opening remarks on a seminar “The Technical Cooperation Scholarship Programme Management” to relevant both public and private agencies.
A Seminar aimed to raise the mutual understanding of the Technical Cooperation Scholarship Programme Management in category 1, to exchange information and experiences and to get feedback from both agencies for guidance improving of the Technical Cooperation Scholarship Programme Management. This will be the norm of TICA’s management and the ranking of sector survey needs to develop the capacity building of Thai officers, and to strengthen mutual relationship.
This occasion was joined by Mrs. Pensri Chaichalermwong, Acting Director of International Development Cooperation Bureau for Human Resources Development Branch I and staff concerned at Mida Airport Hotel Bangkok.
