On 9 October 2016, Mrs. Suphatra  Srimaitreephithak, Director - General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) attended the luncheon farewell party for H.E. Mr. Thongloun  Sisoulith, Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, and his wife held by the Thai-Lao Association for Friendship on the occasion of the 2nd Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Summit at the Millennium Hilton Hotel.
