On 18 November 2016, Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the closing ceremony of “Third Country Training Programme (TCTP) training course on “Promotion and Dissemination of High Quality Biofuels Production Technology for Automotive Utilization in ASEAN”. The training programme co-organized by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), Ministry of Science and Technology for participants from ASEAN countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Vietnam, and Philippines) during 31 October – 18 November 2016 at Rama Garden Hotel, Bangkok.
