On 25 November 2016, Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand delivered remarks at the Closing Ceremony of “Third Country Training Program (TCTP) on Skill Development for Material Processing for Mekong countries” at the Meeting Room 1,2nd Floor Jasmine Grand Residence Hotel Bangkok. The training course was co-organized by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Bureau of Supporting Industries Development (BSID), Ministry of Industry. This course aims to develop human resource in the industrial sector in CLMV countries in order to promote investment climate in the region.  A total of 19 officials from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam participated in the training course during 7 -25 November 2016.
