On 2 November 2016, Miss Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand delivered congratulatory remarks and handed over the certificates to participants from Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) at the closing ceremony of the said Training. On this occasion, Mr. Kim Song Jin, First Secretary of the Embassy of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in Bangkok, Thailand and members of Thailand Cooperation Branch I of TICA presented at the closing ceremony at Ballroom 2, 8th Floor, Eastin Hotel Bangkok.
