On the 1st February 2018, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Director-General of TICA co-chaired with development cooperation, social and culture with Mr. Bounthanongsack Chanthalath, Deputy Director-General, Asia, Pacific and Africa Department, Lao PDR in the 21st Meeting of Thai-Laos Joint Commission (JC) for Bilateral Cooperation (JC) in Pakse District, Champasak Province, the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR)
Mr. Paisan also attended the Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) led by Mrs. Busaya Mathelin, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, and Mrs. Khamphao Ernthavanh, Deputy- Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR.
