On 14 February 2018, Mrs. Suphatra  Srimaitreephithak, Director - General Thailand of  International Cooperation Agency (TICA) joined with executives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the Royal Initiative Winter Festival ‘Un Ai Rak Khlai Khwam Nao’  at the Royal Plaza and Sa-nam Suea Pa. The Festival is taking place during 8 February–11 March 2018, No admission fee. Visitors are encouraged to dress Thai traditional costumes at the fair.
