       On 19 February 2018, Mrs. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit, Director of Human Resources Development Bureau delivered a welcome speech at the Royal Forest Department for the International training course on “Forest-based Eco-tourism Management in Thailand” organized by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and the Royal Forest Department during 17 February – 13 March, 2018. The course consists of 19 participants from 19 countries;  Argentina, Cambodia, Chile, Comoros, Egypt, Jamaica, Kiribati, Liberia, Mali, Morocco, Myanmar, Niger, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Togo, Uganda, Vietnam, and Thailand.
