On 26 February 2018, TICA office, Ms. Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I of TICA chaired in the preparatory meeting for the Twelve Consultations on Technical Cooperation between Thailand and Vietnam by the representatives of development cooperation organizations with Vietnam; Department of Fisheries, Srinakharinwirot University, the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST), Department of Livestock Development, Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine and Office of the Higher Education Commission.
