On 27 April 2018, TICA office, Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Partnership for Development Bureau had a discussion with Mr. CAO Zhouhua, First Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bangkok on cooperation under the Sino-Thai Joint Committee on Scientific and Technical Cooperation along with TICA staff.
