On 7 May 2018, TICA office, Ms. Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch 1 had a discussion with Mr. Weerapan Sampaonon, Director, Ubon Ratchathani College of Agriculture and Technology, Mr. Sanan Daduang, Deputy Director, Roiet College of Agriculture and Technology on the implementation process under the Establishment of Learning Center for the Development of Sustainable Agriculture project based on application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy(SEP) at Sekong Integrated Technical – Vocational School and Khammouane Technical - Vocational College, Lao PDR. Other TICA staff also attended the meeting.
