On January 17, 2025, Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General Acting Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, along with TICA officials, held a bilateral meeting with Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, and other senior officials from Mahidol University at the Office of the President, Mahidol University Salaya Campus.

The meeting focused on exploring avenues for collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the “MFA-MU Enhancing Thailand Capacity Building Hub” project this year. This initiative aims to enhancethe capabilities of Thai medical and health science professionals. Furthermore, discussions centered on strategies to strengthen public health cooperation for the benefit of people in Thailand and neighboring countries.
