On 11th July 2023 Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) had given a lecture on “Development Diplomacy” as a part of The 2023 Knowledge of Diplomacy for Diplomats from Diplomatic Missions in Thailand course. There were 24 diplomats attended the course (including Thai diplomats). After the lecture, the participants visited TICA office to see TICA’s exhibition on “Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Sustainable Development Goals” or “SEP for SDGs” in international development cooperation context.
