On 4 April 2024, Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) met with Mrs. Anna Catherine Pearson, Economic and Sustainable Development Counsellor of the British Embassy Bangkok.  Ms. Nabila Suria, Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to UNESCAP and relevant officials from both sides were also present at the meeting, at Grande Centre Point Surawong Hotel

Both sides exchanged information on development policies, priority countries, and issues of interest and discussed ways forward to strengthen Thailand and the UK development cooperation under the Thailand – UK Strategic Partnership Roadmap which emphasizes the collaboration between TICA and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in areas of mutual interest namely sustainable development, environment, green growth and climate change.
