On 6 May 2024, Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) delivered the opening remarks at the Joint Training Programme on Climate Change under the Thailand-Morocco Trilateral Cooperation Project via pre-recorded video. On this occasion, the Deputy Director-General stressed the importance of international development cooperation as a tool towards the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals and climate change mitigation and adaptation. The Deputy Director-General also highlighted opportunities to promote development cooperation between Thailand and Africa to share and learn from each other’s diverse perspectives and experiences.
