On 17 July 2024, Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), led Ms. Jun Youngsuk, Country Director of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Thailand, and their delegation to visit the Center for Girls Foundation located in Chiang Khong District, Chiang Rai Province. Ms. Nunnaree Luangmoi, Founder and Director of the Foundation, together with staff at the Foundation, welcomed the delegation. 

During the visit, the three parties discussed the way forward for the development of a plan in receiving grant assistance from the Government of the Republic of Korea, via KOICA, including the donation of vehicles and school uniforms to the foundation, aiming to support its mission to assist vulnerable groups in Thailand and the Mekong Sub-region, particularly young children and women who are prone to exploitation or abuse, so that they can be rehabilitated and continue to live in safety.
