On 26 November 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), welcomed H.E. Dr. Alona Fisher-Kamm, Ambassador of the State of Israel to Thailand, on the occasion of her courtesy call and introductory visit. She was accompanied by Mrs. Dvora Dorsman Yarkoni, Deputy Head of Mission, along with officials from both sides. The meeting took place at Meeting Room 2, TICA.

Both sides discussed ways to advance development cooperation between Thailand and Israel, including Israeli expertise that the Thai side wishing to learn such as emergency medicine and health services along the border areas with neighbouring countries.  Preparations for the 6th Development Dialogue to be hosted by Thailand in early 2026 was also raised, and it will be a platform for TICA and  the Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV) to identify the next Two-Year Development Cooperation Programme and potential projects between the two countries.
