On 19 June 2024, Mrs. Charintip Yosthasan, Director of International Development Cooperation Division  including TICA officers attended the 72nd Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua exhibition at the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore.

H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Singapore welcomed members of the diplomatic corps, representatives from the government agencies of Singapore and honored guests from Thai and Singarpore business sector, Thai students, and Thai people in Singapore who attended the exhibition. The Ambassador also expressed her gratitude to TICA for supporting this Royal Initiative exhibition. In addition, The Ambassador emphasized the importance of applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the implementation of development cooperation overseas. This is an important principle that leads to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and aligns with the Singapore Green Plan (SGP) 2030.

On this auspicious occasion, TICA supported exhibition sign boards  related to the Royal Initiative Projects of His Majesty the King and the principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, the showcased royal development projects include: the Kaset Wichaya Project (Ban Kong Hae Agricultural Area Development), the Royal-initiated Nong Ueng Area Development Project, the Royal Initiative Volunteer Project, the Royal-initiated Water Source Development Project, and the Royal-initiated Area Development Project, and the application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in TICA’s development cooperation projects. The Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) supported the book “The 10th King”, Video Clips and information of showcased royal development projects in this exhibition.

In the exhibition, the Director of the International Development Cooperation Division, and TICA officers, provided information on the application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in TICA’s development cooperation and on the projects that His Majesty the King continues, preserves, and builds upon the royal aspirations of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, Boromnat Bophit, for interested attendees.
