On 9 November 2020, Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Director-General Thailand International Coopeation Agency (TICA) welcomed H.E. Mr. Tshewang Chophel Dorji, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bhutan to Thailand who paid a visit for a discussion to explore TICA’s support in dispatching the Thai experts on irrigation and water resources management as well as experts or technicians for labour skill development and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the construction industry related fields in the Kingdom of Bhutan.
