On 29 December 2022 at the TICA office, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency, and H.E. Mr. Héctor Conde Almeida, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Thailand, signed a Record of Discussion to reiterate the commitment to revitalize the development cooperation between the two countries. The signing ceremony is also to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the implementation of the Agreement for Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the Republic of Cuba.
