    On 26th June 2024, H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thailand and H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore, delivered the opening remarks for the 14th Civil Service Exchange Programme (CSEP) meeting between Thailand and Singapore, held on 25th – 26th June 2024 at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok. After the opening ceremony, Mrs. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thailand co-chaired with Mr. Albert Chua, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore. On this occasion, Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director-General, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) along with Ms. Chidchanok Malayawong, Director, Development Promotion and Coordination Division, along with officials from Development Promotion and Coordination Division and the Human Resources Development Cooperation Division attended the said meeting.  


    The 14th CSEP plenary meeting under the topic titled “Driving green cooperation partnerships in the digital era”, in order to promote cooperative partnerships under 3 pillars; (1) Partnership for Sustainability, (2) Partnership for Economic Growth and Social Development, and (3) Partnership for Human Empowerment and Public Service Development. On this occasion, three Representatives as the Co-facilitators from the afore-mentioned pillars presented their proposed activities of cooperation between Thailand and Singapore in the year 2025 focusing on exchanging knowledge and good practices of two countries in various areas such as economy, education, environment, criminal justice, and human resource development by using digital technology and suitable innovations to support such cooperation.
