On 13 June 2023, Ms. Patchara Kosinanont, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Ms. Hiromi Sato, Volunteer Program Coordinator of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Thailand Office, jointly presided over the Introduction and Handover Session of Mr. Kaoru Araki, Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer (JOCV) held at Meeting room 2, TICA, Government Complex.

The JOCV was handed over to the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour. He will work for two years at the Ubonratchathani Institute for Skill Development to provide technical assistance in Mechanical Engineering.
