On November 17, 2025, Mr. Grisada Phakakarn, Director of the Human Resources Development Cooperation Division of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), joined Mr. Piroon Laismit, Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD), and
Mr. Galdanjamts Batnasan, First Secretary of the Embassy of Mongolia, at the opening ceremony of the training course on "Training of Trainers for Mongolian Teachers on Inclusive Education". There were 15 participants from the Ministry of Education of Mongolia who attended this course at The Northgate Ratchayothin Hotel, Bangkok.

The Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) conducted a Training of Trainers (TOT) program from November 17 to 28, 2025. This program serves as a strategic initiative to promote sustainability by developing a cohort of knowledge-transfer leaders within Mongolia. Its purpose is to equip the participants with the skills to effectively apply principles of Inclusive Education (IE) in practice. Through this initiative, Mongolia aims to ensure that its education system can comprehensively and universally meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
