Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP) 

TIPP was introduced in 2000 as a framework for providing postgraduate scholarships for people in other developing countries across the world. It focuses on topics of our expertise which can be categorized under seven themes,namely Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) for sustainable Development Foals (SDGs),Public Health, Agriculture and Food Security, Health and Wellness, Climate Resilience, Trade and Economy, Inclusive Development, Science,Technology and Innovation (STI) for Development. It provides not only opportunities for participants to acquire academic knowledge but also a great opportunity to explore and deepen their understanding of Thailand, its rich culture and hospitality of Thai people .

Bilateral Long -Term Scholarships

Bilateral Long-term Scholarships: Undertaken bilaterally, this programme provides postgraduate scholarships in fields of mutual interest such as education,public health,agriculture,etc It primarily focused on our neighbouring  countries, namely Lao PDR,Cambodia and Myanmar. Now, it is expanded to other developing countries such as Bangladesh and Bhutan

Trilateral Long-Term Scholarships

Trilateral Long-Term Scholarships :  This programme provides PhD scholarships to doctoral students from third countries supported by TICA and its partners ex. Joint Fellowship Programme for Doctoral Studies Thai-Swedish trilateral cooperation.

Scholarships under Regional Frameworks

ACMECS

HRD Smart Scholarship for ACMECS countries is the scholarship programme under Goal 3 (Smart and Sustainable ACMECS of the Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Coopeartion Stratefy of "ACMECS" Master Plan (2019-2023)). The scholarship programme offers the Master's degree programme to the 4 ACMECS member countries namely Cambodia,Lao PDR,Myanmar and Vietnam and focuses on the topics related to the Thai government new economic model that is Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG) in 5 sectors namely 1)Food and Agriculture 2) Bioenergy,Biomaterial and Biochemical 3)Medical and Wellness 4) Tourism and Creative Economy and 5) Other topics related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
