On 5 March 2019, Mr. Banchong Amornchewin, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), H.E.Mr. Kiattikhun Chartprasert, Ambassador-Designate of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kongsy Sengmany, Deputy Minister of Education and Sports, Lao PDR delivered a speech for the opening ceremony of the Learning Center for Sustainable Development in Agriculture based on the Application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy(SEP) to Khammouane Technical - Vocational College,  Lao People's Democratic Republic.  The event was also joined by Experts from Roi-et College of Agriculture and Technology, Ms. Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I, TICA and staff concerned in Khammouane province, Lao PDR.
