On 6 March 2019, Mr. Banchong Amornchewin, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), H.E.Mr. Kiattikhun Chartprasert, Ambassador-Designate of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kongsy Sengmany, Deputy Minister of Education and Sports, Lao PDR delivered a speech for the opening ceremony of the Learning Center for Sustainable Development in Agriculture based on the Application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy(SEP) to Sekong Technical - Vocational School,  Lao People's Democratic Republic.  The event was also joined by Experts from Ubon Ratchathani College of Agriculture and Technology, Ms. Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I, TICA and staff concerned in Sekong province, Lao PDR.
