Mr. Piroon Laismit, Director-General of Thailand International Development Cooperation (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, inked the Exchange of Notes for three grant aid projects on flood management and mitigation offered by the Government of Japan with H.E. Mr. Seiji KOJIMA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Thailand. The signing ceremony held on 5 July 2012 at 10.00 hrs. at Vithes Samosorn, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sri Ayudhya Road. Mr.Nopadol Gunvibool, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry and representatives from Thai authorities concerned witnessed the ceremony.
