On  30 May 2013 Mr. Piroon Laismyth, Director-General of Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency (TICA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducted an official welcoming ceremony of Her Excellency Mrs.Kristie Kenny,U.S Ambassador to Thailand  for a discussion about the international development cooperation between U.S and Thailand nations.
